Upon full payment, all copyrights to the developed code and design transfer to the client. Verity Studio retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
Timelines
Estimated timelines are approximate and based on the initial agreement. Delays caused by external factors or scope changes do not constitute a breach of contract.
Confidentiality
Verity Studio keeps all client business information confidential. Project details are not shared with third parties without client consent.
Limitation of liability
Verity Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the extent permitted by law.
